Your core mission will be to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and President.  Critical skills will include calendaring, correspondence, travel coordination, meeting organization, and coordination of multiple tasks.  Your polished communication style will be your guide to interacting effectively with both internal and external customers, as well as working with all levels within the organization. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic across the eWomenNetwork brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to independently prioritize work and perform complex administrative duties including administrative and office management.
  • Proactively coordinate the executives’ calendars, which is comprised of a heavy meeting schedules and extensive travel.
  • Make complex travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries, including International travel, while be cognizant of budget.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiate follow up with the executives’ teams and others to ensure timely achievement of their commitments.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and events, including agenda management, meeting logistics, WebEx/presentation management and material preparation.
  • Participate in business and special projects as required.
  • Other administrative activities such as new hire paperwork, invoices, workflows, temporary worker processing, etc.
  • Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information.
  • Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally.
  • Manage ad-hoc processes and projects as needed.
  • Assist with the development of presentations, charts, tables, graphs, memos/letters, emails and other materials. Proofread and check for accuracy, format and completeness.
  • Maintain executive and confidential files and databases.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree (or equivalent experience) is required
  2. 10 years C-suite support is required
  3. Knowledge of various computer software programs including: Microsoft Windows operating system; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; WebEx (or similar program); Adobe Acrobat, internet applications and tools, etc.
  4. Must have strong business writing and proofing skills
  5. Experience in a fast and demanding professional environment
  6. Extreme attention to detail
  7. Excellent research skills (online & offline)
  8. Ability to self-start and work independently and effectively, as well as within a team environment
  9. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including typing (55-60 wpm), filing, records management and data entry
  10. Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner
  11. Flexibility to assist CEO or President after hours as business needs warrant
