Marketing and Social Media Specialist
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, administering and monitoring the financial performance of all social, web and email marketing campaigns. This position is perfect if you are comfortable wearing multiple hats. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong project follow up skills and have an upbeat, affable personality. This position requires great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage projects assigned to them. This position is responsible for, and not limited to, coordinating, implementing and managing select company activities and special projects. Specialist will maintain accurate, quantitative and updated records on all projects assigned and provide weekly status reports detailing performance and activity.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic across the eWomenNetwork brand.
- Use social media know-how to increase fan engagement, improve website traffic and deliver an extraordinary member experience.
- Manage day-to-day communications on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog and other social channels.
- Brainstorm new ideas for company brand that break through social media clutter and project manage social media initiatives that drive business objectives.
- Excel at turning social media measurement into actionable insights.
- Implement, manage and analyze all social media programs, including but not limited to networking, blogging and viral video.
- Facilitate, engage and monitor all networking conversations through all interfaces to generate traffic toward specific company initiatives.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media.
- Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.
- Measure the awareness and financial impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts.
- Creation of a comprehensive email marketing strategy that will increase email database, frequency of offerings and increased response percentage, and financial impact.
- Implement, manage and analyze all marketing programs.
- Utilize email marketing to support overall marketing programs and goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

LAMP (PHP) Developer/Architect
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic LAMP (PHP) Developer/Architect who is looking to test their skills and abilities in Web site development to work in our corporate office in Far North Dallas (Addison). The immediate position is primarily back-end oriented, but our ideal candidate will have experience with both front-end and back-end Web development. This individual will be a motivated and energetic developer who takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions to a varying number of challenges, is detail-oriented and is not afraid to ask "what if", is capable of adapting to match legacy coding styles, works well equally in a team or on their own, is willing to do what it takes during “crunch time”, and takes extreme pride in their work.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum four (4) + years of experience in Web site development with Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) web services.
- Solid analytical, conceptual and technical skills with the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript/Jquery/Ajax, Web 2.0 and cross-browser/platform web development techniques and web services.
- Demonstrable ability to code advanced Web site features without the use of CMS or code generation tools.
- A four-year degree or equivalent experience/certifications.

- Experience with audio and video streaming, website migration, and social network integration.
- Experience with bulk email delivery (subscription, not SPAM).
- Working knowledge of web application life cycle development methodologies, deployment practices, version control, and testing.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications.
- Development of custom database-driven web applications, as well as user-friendly and compliant web application interfaces.
- Perform complete testing of web applications, engaging users as necessary and reporting results.
- Perform project level design, debugging and performance analysis.
- Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients.
- Perform routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
