What is your coaching philosophy?

As a Blackhawk helicopter pilot, I spent years leading missions, leading flight crews and leading others to action. As well as becoming an expert on breaking complex ideas into actionable checklist items. After 8 years of coaching and empowering others informally, in 2011, I decided to get serious. In August 2011, I was in the first group, called Founding Members, of Certified Coaches, speakers and trainers with the John Maxwell Team. My specialty is leadership development and relationship building in business. In coaching executives, I found many did not have clarity of what their purpose is and lack of clarity was holding them back from moving forward. In January 2012, I added Dream Coach® Certification to serve my clients with a process that would provide the clarity they were searching for. My intention with coaching is to take you from where you are to where you WANT to be, and where you DESERVE to be.
