Permission to Choose Yourself: A Self-Love & Emotional Abundance Workshop
This workshop is an invitation for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves—without pressure, guilt, or the need to have it all figured out. Permission to Choose Yourself creates a supportive space to explore self-love as a daily, lived practice rather than a destination to reach. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, participants will examine areas of emotional fulfillment, notice patterns of over-giving or self-neglect, and begin redefining success in a way that feels aligned, nourishing, and sustainable. Rather than pushing for change, this experience centers awareness, compassion, and self-permission. It’s about learning to listen inward, honor your needs, and choose yourself with clarity and intention in this season of life. You don’t need to arrive with answers. Just a willingness to show up as you are.

Shawniel Chamanlal is
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Empowerment Speaker, Life Coach, and the proud
CEO and Founder of Healing Springs Wellness Center, a community of culturally diverse wellness
practitioners and therapists providing trauma-informed and culturally competent
care. Healing Springs Wellness Center offers in person and online services that
include mental health counseling, nutrition, reiki, and wellness workshops. Shawniel’s 15 years of
clinical experience as a licensed therapist as well as her personal experience
of overcoming trauma, fuels her passion for empowering women to achieve the
life of their dreams by resolving limiting beliefs, and moving past the fear
that holds them back from manifesting their biggest desires. She also provides
practical steps to achieve emotional wellness, improve mindset, and cultivate
meaningful personal and professional relationships.
Through the use of
Manifesting techniques and the Law of Attraction, Shawniel not only manifested
the life of her dreams, she manifested a successful thriving business. She is
on a mission to help others to do the same by unapologetically dreaming big in
life and business.
