GIVEAWAY RULES

Administration:

All giveaways on this site are administered by eWomenNetwork.com.

All decisions of eWomenNetwork are final and binding in all matters as they relate to the giveaway.

eWomenNetwork reserves the right to change any of the terms of the contest or to terminate the giveaway at its discretion.

Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to anyone who are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of eWomenNetwork, along with their partners and affiliates, their advertising, promotion and production agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. No purchase is necessary.

This Giveaway is available to those residing in the  United States and Canadian residents only, and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Not open to residents of Quebec.

The Prizes:

Prizes must be accepted as provided.

Prizes are not transferable.

No substitutions will be permitted.

There is no cash value in lieu of prizes.

Winners will be notified by email. 

Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Chances of Winning:

Your chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

To Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, simply enter your name, email address, and postal code - then click on SUBMIT.

You may enter giveaway one time only. Double entries will be excluded from giveaway unless noted in giveaway.

Entries obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the giveaway entry process may, at the sole discretion of eWomenNetwork, be disqualified.

Rules:

Winners agree to the use, by eWomenNetwork, of their name, likeness, images submitted and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

In entering the giveaway you subject yourself to, and agree to be bound by, the giveaway rules, all other guidelines, terms and conditions stated elsewhere on this site and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to all the laws respecting intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy, and defamation.

Selection/Notification:

A random draw will be held on the date given on the giveaway page.

eWomenNetwork will notify the prospective winner by email within 3 business days of the draw date.

Winners must respond to the eWomenNetwork's email within 3 business days; otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize, and eWomenNetwork will select another prize winner.

In order to win, the prospective winners must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

Winners will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the draw rules, agreeing to accept the prize as awarded, and releasing the eWomenNetwork from all liability.

Liability:

eWomenNetwork is not responsible if prize is not used by winner.  The prize has no cash value.

eWomenNetwork hereby specifically excludes any and all warranties or conditions, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law.

The winners shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless eWomenNetwork, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, directors, officers, and employees from and against any liabilities arising from or regarding taxes owed on prizes.

By entering the giveaway you grant eWomenNetwork and its affiliates the right to use, publish or disseminate your submission in print and/or on our website, online publications, email newsletters, or in any other manner we desire. You also waive any claims of ownership or copyright protection for any information you submit.

Privacy:

Any information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the administration of this giveaway.
