What It’s Like to Work With Me
I don’t lead with tactics, prescriptions or programs, I lead with navigation! In our work together, we focus on what’s most alive right now: the decision you’re circling, the pressure you’re carrying, or the next chapter you’re sensing but haven’t fully articulated. My frameworks give leaders structure, language, and orientation, but the work itself is guided integration. The magic happens is in applying those frameworks to real decisions, real teams, and real pressure.
With over 25 years as a business owner, and a background in psychology, somatic education, and experiential leadership, I pay close attention to what’s happening beneath the surface in people and systems—what’s said, unsaid, and shaping outcomes. Together, we listen for what’s influencing results even when it isn’t yet visible or named. This helps leaders stay centered under pressure, act with real—not performative—confidence, and build cultures where trust, clarity, and performance reinforce one another.
